Mr. Sadiq Al Fairuz is a results-driven business leader with over 30 years of experience in project management, financial management, marketing and business expansion. He has played a pivotal role in growing and strengthening businesses across multiple sectors, including oil & gas, infrastructure, construction, logistics and manufacturing.

As a key shareholder and Managing Director of Al Fairuz Group of Companies, Mr. Al Fairuz oversees operations across a diverse portfolio, including heavy equipment agencies, construction services and industrial manufacturing. He has been instrumental in securing and executing large-scale projects, such as providing logistics support for major EPC contractors, negotiating high-value contracts in waste management and water desalination and facilitating strategic partnerships with international firms.

Sadiq holds board positions and investments in several prominent companies, including Larsen & Toubro Hydrocarbon Engineering, Larsen & Toubro Modular Fabrication Yard and Larsen & Toubro Heavy Engineering, contributing to offshore and onshore oil & gas, modular construction and advanced engineering solutions. Additionally, he has established The Wave Development SPC, a 100% Omani-owned enterprise, further solidifying his influence in the region’s infrastructure sector.
