National Refineries & Storage Company LLC (NRSC) is a specialized Omani energy company focused on the development, execution and operation of crude oil storage and refining infrastructure. NRSC's key focus is developing large-scale storage and refining assets within the Sultanate of Oman and our immediate interest is in capitalizing the Ras Markaz terminal, a site of national strategic importance. Located on Oman’s southern coast with access to a deepwater port, Ras Markaz is set to become a major hub for the region's crude oil storage and exports.
